IJM Romania and IJM Netherlands are seeking a Specialist Human Trafficking for its European Anti Trafficking Program to engage various law enforcement agencies, social service providers and other agencies in the Netherlands to address human trafficking and support survivors. The Specialist will network with other NGOs and police/prosecutors to identify and help victims to secure their rights, thus gathering learnings and supporting the development of systemic interventions that will reduce the prevalence of cross-border trafficking from Eastern to Western Europe.
Among the key results area of this senior position are leveraging relevant stakeholders to increase cross-border collaboration, enhance proactive human trafficking operations and ensure a continuum of care for survivors of trafficking.
This position is hybrid, based in The Hague, Netherlands and reports to Investigation and Law Enforcement Development Director (DILED) and to the Director of Partnerships & Advocacy of IJM the Netherlands. IJM offers competitive salary and benefits, as well as robust staff care resources.
